There is a plan that offers quality care at affordable premiums and they are called “Managed Health Care Plans”.  The two most sought out plans are HSA and HMO type plans.

HSA plans typically have a high deductible amount usually $1,000 or more to be considered a high deductible plan. These types of plans normally have low monthly payments and low out of pocket expenses. Once your deductible is met the insurance company then starts to pick up 80% to 100% of your remaining bill. This typically what most people like.

Now HMO, has been around for a long time and it is one of the lowest in cost. By choosing this type of plan you enter a network of providers where each insurance company has a list of them you can choose from within your area. When looking for health insurance policies, always be sure to check the list of providers in your area.
